I ordered an apple mango pie & got a plain apple pie. The box was marked correctly so IDK how this happened. I made a complaint to Apple Alley several days ago & never received any response. I didn't spend $20 just to get an apple pie. (I don't live nearby so couldn't just run to the bakery & get the correct item.) Edit: This review was from June '22. I forgot to finish & post it. Very disappointed by their lack of customer service.

We went to Julia in search of Apple Pie. This place was highly recommended by a local whose favorite was Carmel Pecan Apple pie. She also told us about the homemade cinnamon ice cream that they make. As much as I wanted to try the Carmel Pecan, I thought it might be too sweet with the ice cream. I went with Apple Crumble. It was a perfect pairing. My boyfriend had the traditional crust, also with ice cream.

I love this little mom and pop pie shop. It's not as big and extravagant as Julian pie company or moms, but its pie surely stands up to them. Plus, this is a small business, which I feel we need to support. In the past, I met the gentleman who owns this shop and he's such a sweet older gentleman. I got the Apple crumb pie which was very tasty. And hot chocolate as it was cold after riding and so so good. Truly hit the spot. It's a small place, so not many places to sit. Good selection of pie. And friendly staff.

Stopped for a slice of boysenberry pie, scoop of ice cream, and a cup of farmer brothers coffee. We were greeted by Lisa the head pie maker. We purchased a Carmel pecan pie as described by Fred the alarm guy.

We stopped in for a snack to go on a cold and rainy day. The ladies were so nice and made the most amazing veggie sandwich. It was so good and overflowing with veggies! We also got the chili pot pie which we highly recommended and of course some pie for dessert. They also have vegan pie options which is a huge bonus. Great food and sevice!Vegetarian options: Vegan pie options!

Try the DELICIOUS pie-crust cookies, any of Deb's variety of freshly baked apple pies and her great lunch menu. Apple Alley is truly a 'hidden' gem.Dietary restrictions: Really good sugar-free apple pie, too!

Making the journey from Orange County to Apple Alley Bakery has become an annual tradition, and for gluten-free enthusiasts, it's a hidden gem worth the drive. Each Thanksgiving and Christmas, we indulge in their exceptional pies, with my personal favorite being the gluten-free Apple Crumb. This gluten-free delight is a marvel, offering a taste that rivals traditional pies, effortlessly evoking childhood memories. What's noteworthy is that our guests never detect the gluten-free distinction - a testament to its exceptional flavor and texture. Alongside the gluten-free gem, the regular Apple Caramel Pecan, a crowd favorite, further enhances the experience. Apple Alley Bakery surpasses more widely recognized establishments, proving that the pursuit of brand names might mean missing out on genuine quality and flavor. It has undoubtedly become an integral part of our holiday celebrations, and I enthusiastically recommend it to fellow gluten-free seekers making the journey from Orange County.
