Such a great Cidery with even better atmosphere. Not to miss. The cider is so good, make sure to bring your own food as they only sell drinks. Highly recommend.
What a fun Lil stop
This is a great place to stop and try some of their ciders. The place and setting are great. You sit on a hay stack in an open barn setting. I recommend anyone heading to Julian to stop by and enjoy a pint. Nothing fancy, just good cider in a beautiful setting.

Calico Cidery is a hidden gem nestled among the rolling foothills of the Julian mountains, offering traditional, local cider made without added yeast. With a variety of flavors to choose from, including classic cider and unique seasonal blends, there is something to suit every taste preference. The experience includes a cider tasting flight, making it an ideal stop. The family can spend 2-3 hours there easily. Calico Cidery offers a nice farm style country atmosphere, a little slice of paradise in the heart of the mountains.
