Checked out this place finally, and I couldn’t be more grateful I did! I was able to meet the owner, and they were very friendly. The food is absolutely delicious. I ordered a meatball sub, to which they were almost out but the owner went and got the last one for me. The meatballs were very filling, sauce was flavorful, and the bread was sturdy but soft. I also snagged a mini peach cheesecake, it was so good I wish I got a full one. There was a 15-20 minute wait time, but it...
Enjoyed the best sandwiches here before exploring all the town of Julian. Also picked up delicious home made jam and amazing cheesecake (in a generous cup) with fresh fruit. Definitely my next 1st stop in Julian.

The only down side is they take a bit to make :(
But as long as you can wait just an extra 15-20 minutes for a sandwich GO!!! SO YUMMY!!! :D
