We were here with a party of 6. We didn't mind waiting to be seated however waiting 20+ minutes to have a server visit the table was excessive. One of our party requested no cole alas dure to an allergy and was to NO CHANGES. Again, this seemed excessive and not good customer service. She had to change her order. The food took forever to come out and the same girl requested a fork to eat - which she never got. My chicken Caesar wrap LITERALLY had 4 pieces of chicken in it and the rest was salad. It was horrible. The orders were messed up. The server never checked back to ensure it was correct so we dealt with it. Then the bill came and we were over charged. When asking the server about it, they're was no apply just a "there's the manager. Talk to him". The manager was very nice and fixed the bill but the server didn't even apologize for her mess up. Not a great experience.

We loved the place, the drinks, everything was delicious, we just felt a little pressured since they brought us the bill along with the drinks. We felt like we had to hurry out. Super low season since we were the only ones in the place. Maybe that's their policy but everything else is fine.

This place was awesome. Right when you walk up you see a ton of interesting decor, reminds me a lot of Cracker Barrel but a lot better. Our waitress was incredible. She was very kind, we had a nice conversation, and she made some great recommendations about what to do in the area. Of course, the food was also great. I was particularly fond of the OJ, biscuits and hash browns. I would highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to grab breakfast in Julian

This is a fun place to get a bite if you’re visiting Julian. Friendly staff & fast service. Wish there were more plant based items on the menu. Yummy fries! The salad was average and the veggie melt left a lot to be desired. The candy ‘mine’ was a treat for the kids.
Kid-friendliness: Cool retro decor. It was fun reading the labels and explaining ‘medicine’ from the old days. Can’t mine is a treat. They even had gum cigs and ChickOSticks

We asked for a side of hashbrowns and we got some kind of triangle frozen hashbrowns… I expected fresh homemade hash browns at a diner… we also got the most tasteless flavorless home fries on the face of the Earth! Never again
Cute place but crowded when busy. We were in for an early lunch and they got us seated quickly and fed quickly. Food was good American fare. The shakes looked amazing but it was getting so busy, we left before getting one.

Walked right in and was given unpleasant looks. Even a young bussser have me a staredown. 2 females were at a takeout register. Just complaining on how overwhelmed they were. All the staff hurt my little kids feelings; all they wanted was some soda. Never ordered anything and I'm glad I didn't spend a dime here.

Our First time trying out this eatery, we were greeted at the door (Great start) once were in, we were seated right away, placed our order, tri tip sandwich for me, (was ok), my wife got a different sandwich, she said it was good, and my sis in law ordered chicken wings (3 out of 10 rating) she didn't finish them, service on our table by waitress there's a lot of room for improvement on thay end, once we got our food we didn't get checked on for refills, make sure everything was ok etc, we weren't event greeted once they sat us down lol, no biggie. We went we tried something different than our regular spot, we will try a different spot next time we're up there, this one didn't seem to be a good fit for us, nice place, a lot of nostalgia decor.
