“Stopped by as a last minute. Got a large portion chow mein. It was so flavorful, good portion for the price. You can taste the freshness of the food. Small portions so that the rest is made to order. Would definitely recommend you stop by and give it a try!“

“I couldn't give the highest rating to service because when we arrived the hostess was on a call which was very lengthy. The hostess I felt should put the caller on for the few seconds it would have taken her to check us in. “Everything we ordered tasted great. Wait was less than 5 mins around 11 am on a weekend for a part of 2, turnover was quick. Dishes came out within minutes of each other. The beef rolls were the perfect amount of crispy from the pancake and fresh Chinese parsley and green onion and just the right amount of sauce inside, unlike other places where it’s slathered on overpowering other flavors. The portion sizes are reasonable for price and would be great for individuals and great for the two of us who shared family style.“

“Food is consistently fresh and the staff are friendly enough. What makes this place stand out is that food is weighed by the pound so you just grab a container and can get exactly the amount and type of food you want. And you can be in and out of there pretty quickly. Parking is a bit crowded near the store. Haven’t tried their Mongolian bbq yet or their party trays but we plan to soon. We love this place!“

The wonton soup with duck was 🤤🤤, the broth was super flavorful and you can tell it was made with love. The wontons and noodles in the soup were also good. “As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted warmly by Candy. I later met Candy's partner, Ringo. Both were friendly and welcoming. Candy asked if it was my first time and then assisted me with suggestions. At that point, I became part of the Ho Choy Restaurant family through friendliness and hospitality.
The food was tasty and fresh, the portions were generous and the iced coffee/tea mixed beverage was refreshing to top off the meal, just as Candy suggested.
I highly recommend Ho Choy's Chinese Restaurant! I will be making this a regular part of my weekly culinary itinerary from now!“

“Being an avid Costco shopper I found myself exploring the other stores in the shopping center and was excited to find authentic Chinese food. Compared to favorites in Los Angeles and Orange County this place really surprised me. I ordered the combination fried rice and kung pao three meat. The rice was fresh and flavorful with no shortage of meat. Great portion for a great price.

The Kung Pao veggie/meat ratio was a little to heavy on the veggie side in my opinion. However I went back the same week for some more of that combo fried rice. I will be back again to try other things such as the Sizzlin Fried Rice Soup.“

“Well they definitely deserve a 4.3 star I’m giving a five star everything was amazing probably some of the best orange chicken even though it was more like sweet-and-sour that I’ve ever had delicate crispy gooey, the Kung Pao with the three ingredients was totally awesome and the chow mein with the three ingredients Killer in all a WOW experience great service will definitely go back many times

Only thing off-putting was the vegetable egg roll. The middle was cold. Not like luke-warm...actually refrigerator-cold.

Maybe they popped them out of the fridge, rolled the outside on the flat top, then stuck them under the heat lamp and hoped for the best.

As a holder of a food-handlers card... The food is in the danger-zone AF.

The only thing I could suggest to them would be to keep the BBQ pork in the sauce otherwise it does get a bit on the dry side. You can't put any other sauce on it or it just ruins the flavor (imo).“

“I tried Chinese food here at Brother's Kitchen for the first time. This has to be the best bbq pork I've tasted in all my years. It's cooked perfectly, and seasoned well, and taste delicious. I can't wait to return again to get more. Also, Sol was very customer friendly and gave me stories how people would travel far to buy the bbq pork there. I agree ?. It's worth the drive. “This local Chinese food place is my favorite in the San Bernardino county I have never had Chinese food that taste as good as this place with great portions and in my household a constant need to reheat your plate because there is just too much to eat in one sitting 90% of the time. When you reheat this food i personally have never had it have that typically second hand slimy reheated plate it always tastes as fresh as it did when I was first served it. I would highly recommend trying this place if you get a chance. They also do catering and I plan to personally use them for my wedding in the future. The restaurant itself I have to knock off a star only because the restaurant itself usually is pretty humid but not so bad that you couldn't sit down and eat just enough for me to mention it as something to consider when wanting to dine here.“

“we came on the wrong day, sad crying face! the hot food bar that includes the lobster is only available on wednesdays and the weekends. we came for lunch and was impressed with how clean this place was for hot pot. each of the stations were covered, and you slide open to get the food. they had wide potato noodles which i’ve never seen at other hot pot places.

“It was good Kung pao chicken was actually spicy and flavorful unlike other Chinese spots I've been too. Broccoli beef was good Broccoli was fresh some of my beef pieces were fatty and chewy. Lots of seating with t.v for entertainment. Atmosphere could be improved lots of cludder from what looks like over ordering to save money. Overall food was tasty and would return if I was in the area for lunch.“
