They aren't stingy with the servings either. They literally pack as much into the container as possible. In the picture is a combo C and it only cost a little under 13.00 dollars. “Had 3 dishes. Pork fried rice and Cashew chicken were both average to fairly good. A bit below four stars. But the staff were super friendly and THE SWEET & SOUR CHICKEN! Possibly the best sweet and sour chicken we've ever had. Perfection!

Portion sizes are large.

We'll be back to try other dishes but this one was a huge level above the rest. All-in-all, a great option for Chinese food in Redlands.

Hong Kong style dry noodles, veggie 10/10 dry, almost chewy/crunchy texture with amazing veggies
Egg Drop Soup, phenomenal 10/10 added a little white pepper to it, but flavor was immense! Great amount of green onion!

“I tried Chinese food here at Brother's Kitchen for the first time. This has to be the best bbq pork I've tasted in all my years. It's cooked perfectly, and seasoned well, and taste delicious. I can't wait to return again to get more. Also, Sol was very customer friendly and gave me stories how people would travel far to buy the bbq pork there. I agree ?. It's worth the drive. A 5 star ? all day.

“I ordered the vegetable spring rolls which were good. Mainly made with cabbage (not a complaint more of an fyi). I also had the egg flower soup. It had good flavor and it also had some corn in it which was new for me. Don’t trust some of the review photos it does not come with wonton chips or crispy noodles or anything (wish I knew to order on the side to add to it-most places come with something so I didn’t even question it). Overall, I enjoyed it and look forward to trying other dishes“

They give you a lot of vegetables if you get the beef and broccoli just request more beef if that is what you prefer. Also when you get the plate or platter they do give you a lot of rice and noodles. If you want you can get the bowl 🍜 which has less, then have side items of the meet you prefer it's probably cheaper that way. But I love getting the platter because it always last me all day.
