“We've gotten food twice and have been happy both times. First time was just soup, the wor wonton soup was great and hit the spot on a cold windy night.
We've also gotten family meals with rice, chow mein, king pow chicken, orange chicken, BBQ pork. Everything tasted fresh, was served hot and was delicious. Support local independent businesses! Great value for the money. We don't order take out often, but this will be on our list.“

“If you live in Fontana try this place out. It is kind of tucked away, but worth the trip. Went on a really hot day. After I ordered I sat and waited at a table. The owner brought me a cup of sweet tea which was really refreshing, at no charge. How often does that happen nowadays. I ordered several things to try, but the one item that really sticks out was the dim sum shao mai. They were so tasty and HUGE! My son really enjoyed the orange chicken, which is something that I typically don’t like, but it was really good. Definitely tasted like it was actual fresh chicken and not some frozen chicken that was used. Everything tasted great and I’ll plan to come back.“

“The Food was good. About eight of us were there for a birthday celebration. So we ordered a lot of dishes to share. Everyone enjoyed having a taste of all the different selections. “Tang Bar is a casual build-your-own soup place, and it is our favorite place to go! I recommend just ordering 1 bowl for 2 people, especially if you're not looking to spend a lot of money. We loaded up our bowls to about 2.5 lbs and it was a good amount for food for the both of us. Before, we would get 2.5 for each of us, and it's a lot, you will be taking leftovers home, lol! Overall, a great selection of meats, veggies and starches; plus they have a great sauce bar! ☺“

Singapore noodles (w/ shrimp) 10/10
Salt and Pepper Squid (asked for extra spicy) 12/10 **unreal flavor, better than ANY salt&pepper calamari!**
Hong Kong style dry noodles, veggie 10/10 dry, almost chewy/crunchy texture with amazing veggies
Egg Drop Soup, phenomenal 10/10 added a little white pepper to it, but flavor was immense! Great amount of green onion!

“The og veggie food in San Gabriel valley. The best best and everything is fresh good and bomb diggity. I ate here since 13 at their old location and I know the owners and store very well. The best veggie around.“

“This place is in a congested parking lot that brings a lot of traffic. They have the trad A, B, and C plate options for 1, 2, or 3 entrees their fried rice and steamed rice are well made for the meals and bowls. They also make soups to order that are fairly exceptional. I'm not trying to judge Mr. You against Panda Express, which isn't fair, Panda is more commercialized. However, against China Doll or your local Asian food restaurant, they are outstanding. Their sweet and sour entrees, hot wings, and spicy orange chicken place them high on the return visit list. Sometimes, their servers are pushy and less than courteous. However, the food will bring in the customers, while customer service improves. I recommend Mr. You's Chinese Food highly.“

“I ordered the vegetable spring rolls which were good. Mainly made with cabbage (not a complaint more of an fyi). I also had the egg flower soup. It had good flavor and it also had some corn in it which was new for me. Don’t trust some of the review photos it does not come with wonton chips or crispy noodles or anything (wish I knew to order on the side to add to it-most places come with something so I didn’t even question it). Overall, I enjoyed it and look forward to trying other dishes“

“i’d been wanting to come visit this place ever since i visited the area and could smell the food from outside! came here with my girlfriend and i and we were both happily surprised with the portion sizes and the service. ordering through the website made everything so much easier and since we are both a bit shy, it helped lots! our drinks were refilled and the food was amazing. the noodles were so flavorful in both plates, but especially my biang biang noodles! the broth from my girlfriend’s dish was very spicy aswell, i found it refreshing. overall, it was a nice experience! it wasn’t very crowded in there either, the atmosphere was pleasant.“

“One of the first things I noticed about this place was how clean and inviting it feels. The dining area is bright, well organized, and has a really comfortable atmosphere.

I’ve tried a few Chinese places around here, and this one just stands out as the most reliable overall. Super cozy, relaxed, and somewhere you actually want to sit down for a while.“

“Went to Papa Zhang Hot Pot for all-you-can-eat hot pot and overall it was a solid experience, especially for the price.

The value is definitely the main highlight, pricing is fair for AYCE and you get a decent variety of meats, veggies, and sides. For a casual hot pot night, it’s hard to complain on cost alone.

That said, there were a few things that made the experience a bit less smooth. Parking was a challenge since the plaza gets very busy, so it took a while to find a spot. Inside, the setup was also a little confusing at first the hot pot being built into the table takes some getting used to, and it made it slightly awkward to get the soup out comfortably while cooking.

Food-wise, it was good, but the refill timing was inconsistent. A few items like meat and fruit ran out faster than expected, and we had to wait a while, sometimes close to 30 minutes for refills to come back out.

Service was okay overall, just a bit slow during peak rush.

Still, for the price point and AYCE format, it’s a good deal. I’d come back, just with lower expectations on speed and pacing. 4 stars mainly for value.“

“Absolutely love this place!! Have been going for many years , they had 2 locations their other location was in front of Cardenas but unfortunately due to Covid they shut that on down and only have this location now . I recently found out about this location and was beyond happy .“

“Affordable, delicious, big portions. Brother kitchen hits all the marks of a classic Chinese food place. The portions are very big regardless of if you get a combination plate with noodles / rice or individual containers with one item.

The fried rice is consistently solid, and the noodles in particular standout with their great taste and thickness.

Orange Chicken has that tangy and sweet combination you're looking for, and the BBQ pork is some of the best I've ever had.

The jalapeno chicken is definitely a sleeper item that will surprise you.

I really appreciate the ratio of ingredients in all their dishes; good balance and one flavor don't overwhelm the others.

The location is in the back corner of the shopping center but don't let that fool you, it's a go to for locals for a reason!“

“My family and I have been going to this place for a long time now to get food. I know they are busy but they take time to talk to you. Their food are very tasty and appropriate in size. “This local Chinese food place is my favorite in the San Bernardino county I have never had Chinese food that taste as good as this place with great portions and in my household a constant need to reheat your plate because there is just too much to eat in one sitting 90% of the time. When you reheat this food i personally have never had it have that typically second hand slimy reheated plate it always tastes as fresh as it did when I was first served it. I would highly recommend trying this place if you get a chance. They also do catering and I plan to personally use them for my wedding in the future. The restaurant itself I have to knock off a star only because the restaurant itself usually is pretty humid but not so bad that you couldn't sit down and eat just enough for me to mention it as something to consider when wanting to dine here.“
