Panda Express is described as a favorite location, managed better than any other Panda. Staff care about customers, and there is a welcome feeling when entering, not the usual cold corporate chain restaurant feeling. The store is efficient in prep and delivery. One time an order was missing an item during the lunch rush, and they wasted no time making it right, with excellent proactive customer service from all the staff. The Drive-through experience was phenomenal, with a polite employee who offered plates and extra utensils for the kids. Customers usually visit on Sundays for lunch as a break from the music studio. It is always very clean and welcoming, and staff is always friendly and doing a great job. Food is great. However, one visit was different: wontons were COVERED with chives after asking if they had onions, and the guy said no. The manager confirmed chives. For people with allergies it is dangerous, and trust was lost. Usually there is a good meal and good service. First time visiting brought a good experience: food was delicious and fresh, employees were nice and helpful, and the dining area was clean with an employee actively cleaning up. Overall a great first experience and would return.
