great food and service, but the banda it's Way to Loud.

There was live banda playing and the food was fairly fresh, the service could have been a little more attentive and the food was a bit bland in my opinion, maybe it's just not my style??
Not bad .. just not somewhere I'd be dying to run back to, could just use a little tweaking to the recipe to make this spot great.
