Wine and food pairing presented by Chef John. The presentation was lovely and everything tasted amazing. We were fortunate to have owner Jeff Mayo join us for a bit, sharing wine and stories to liven our evening. I can't think of any way to improve!

He also explained why he created the companion food to bring out the best in the wine. We joined the Reserve Club and await our next visit to pick up our wine selections.

Had a fantastic time at the Mayo Family Winery! Great wines and excellent service. We arrived late in the afternoon and did not have an opportunity to try the food/wine pairings but really enjoyed their sparkling and red wines. We’ll be back for sure!

I am sorry but the environment did not match the food and wine quality. They can improve the wine pairing experience. It should have been inside, since the outside temperature was 95 degrees and the group of 21 person group tasting were not comfortable. The water could have had ice to cool it down. They can install a ceiling fan to provide circulation and a noise barrier to cut down on the tire noise of the cars going by. The food and wine were excellent and the service was excellent also. The environment needs to match the food and wine experience. To provide and overall customer experience.

We had so much fun with friends at this paired wine tasting. The executive chef was knowledgeable and fun, and he spent a great deal of time answering our questions and entertaining our little group. The food was paired well, and other than the chicken, I enjoyed every tapas course. We would definitely recommend this experience!

This experience is not to be missed! Chef John comes to your table to explain each dish and why it pairs with the wine. It's seasonally and locally sourced. I have experienced many pairings around both valleys and this one is the best!
