Employees need more training on how to wait on people. Listening to the customer when placing an order goes a long way in getting orders correct. Today, as I was waiting in line to place my order, there was an irrate customer in front of me. The man was upset because he wasnt reveiving his app rewards. The employee helping him was named Nicholas. I was really impressed with how he handled the situation and took care of the customers needs. He remained calm and professional.
