“In a world where Denny’s is a second thought, let’s be honest…this location was great! Ordered the French toast slam. The French toast was perfection, fluffy and crisp and flavored well. First time ever not getting malnourished soggy French toast. Eggs were actually over medium, hash browns were crisp and well cooked. Compliments to the cook. Elizabeth our waitress was phenomenal handling everything on her own, courteous, friendly and smiling. She could easily step into any Michelin star restaurant and excel at that and more. Do yourself the favor and stop here if ever passing through.”

“NEXT TO DENNY'S.....easy to get to from Freeway 5--two or three blocks from Freeway 5. Kettleman City exit. Clean, strong crew---really comfortable to rest, think or get a few emails out.

This is a newer location. Really important to get the word out--a strong, very pleasant, service-oriented location. Not enough people know--this Starbucks exists and meanwhile, so convenient.”

“I'm writing this review solely to give credit to the good customer service rendered by one female employee (visit about 6:30 pm on 8/16). We ordered two (overpriced!) Happy Meals for our sons who simply wanted the toys. We asked the employee if she could switch out the toy our son got since he wanted a different design. She obliged, and then switched it out again when our kid changed his mind. No fuss, all politeness.

There isn't much you can ask or expect from a road trip chain like McDonald's where food is always the standard overpriced fare, but good customer service is worth mentioning. Hiring, training, and keeping good staff is the only way to stand out.”

“Been a while since I’ve been in California and I stopped here wanting to remind myself what good Mexican food taste like. The quesadillas were great and my friend got their burrito, these guys and gal can cook their butts off. I had to order 3 pastor tacos to go just so I could have some of their cooking later.”
