“We love trying new spots on vacation, and this stop in Avenal did not disappoint! We ordered the chicken and asada tacos, which came out hot, fresh, and packed with flavor—the portions were generous and extremely filling.
​The restaurant is clean, cozy (seats around 30), and includes dining tables and a restroom. Our server was attentive, took our order immediately, and brought out extra condiments right when we asked. Great food, awesome service, and budget-friendly prices. We’ll definitely be back!”

“Okay, so tell me how I JUST discovered this little ice cream shop last year? My friend and I were craving something sweet, but we don't like any ice cream shops from coalinga. We didn't mind the drive so we decided to Google around. We stumbled upon this shop and decided to give it a try. Well, my kids fell in love with this place too. Speaking to the owners in conversation they mentioned they literally make their own ice cream!! You guys, I am shook! I love their mango ice cream, fresas con crema, cueritos, and torta! I recommend this place guys. I don't mind the drive at all. This place is authentic.”

“It’s fast food. Don’t get excited about atmosphere. It’s old but clean. I eat the chicken strip dinner every time I go now. $14 with drink and I always always always regret eating that much food and I’m a big boy. The staff there is extremely nice.”

“Stopped by this Cinnabon on Lassen Ave during a road trip, and it was the perfect sweet treat! The smell alone is enough to pull you in. I ordered the classic Cinnabon roll, and it was warm, gooey, and just the right amount of sweet. The cream cheese frosting? Absolute perfection.

The staff here was super friendly and quick with my order, even though it was busy. The place was clean and inviting, making it a nice little break from the drive.
