Great place for a pit stop at the halfway point of my long motorcycle ride. I got the carnitas plate which was a ton of food. I ate 2/3 and was full to the max. Carnitas was super tasty. Will be coming back on my way through in the future.

This place is located right off 101 Freeway, inside a strip mall. Great place for a pit stop if you're traveling. There are lots of free parking spaces available. Simple menu yet authentic as it can get. I love their carne asada burrito. Get the super size if you're hungry.

The food is incredible and the service was equally fantastic. Tortillas are homemade and the chips and salsa are over top. Don't let the appearance of this place fool you... it's about the best Mexican food I've had in California.

I eat a lot of enchiladas. They're easy to do well (in fact, they're kinda hard to mess up), and yet everyone's is slightly different. If I'm at a Mexican restaurant and I can't decide, I generally go for enchiladas. These were, quite literally, the best enchiladas I have ever had. I'm sure about 90% of that is the sauce, their sauce was PERFECT. Spicy, flavourful, rich, exactly right. I would happily have just eaten more of the sauce. Or bought a bottle. I asked for all beans, no rice, and they gave me what must have been three portions of beans. REALLY good. Probably chock full of lard, they were so good. I ate nearly all of them (in addition to my enchiladas) with the tortilla chips. A dollop of guacamole, also fantastic. No or light cilantro, clear lime flavor. Chilled. Worked with both the beans and the enchiladas. Also a dollop of sour cream; for me, this was superfluous but we all have our preferences. Combo plate plus a coke was a fantastic price. I was just passing through, but I'm sure I'll pass through again. Definitely a winner.

Friendly service good portion sizes and fresh made Mexican Food. Loved the crispy tacos and the pastor. Handmade corn tortillas. Stopped to charge electric car so it's a good place to kill time and have a good meal.

Good authentic Mexican food. Delicious carnitas. Great salsa. Good prices for good portion size. My garlic shrimp was on the small side but still good. My husband loved his gordito and crunchy taco. He said the carnitas was above average and looked amazing. There was authentic Mexican music playing and it was not too loud. The booth was pretty comfortable in the bathroom was very clean. We were stopping by here on our way to Santa Barbara. I highly recommend this place to eat or to go. Might be better to go because the restaurant is not very pretty.
