Great food for decent price. Stopped on a road trip, and couldn’t have been happier we chose this over all the fast food options off the exit. You can order pickup online if you don’t have time to stop and eat.

In a town where a lot of restaurants serve only lunch, we were glad to find that El Taco Bravo is open until 8 to serve a tasty, reasonably priced Mexican dinner. Mr. Cuddles got the chicken pastor plate – fresh chicken, very flavorful, with some hidden bits of pineapple. Along with the beans, rice & vegetables, it went very well on the fresh tortillas. Mrs. Cuddles got the Carne Asada plate – the beef had been waiting on the grill a while, a bit overcooked. Nonetheless, it had a good marinated flavor and a generous portion of it. The pile of fresh-grilled onions added flavor and crunch. The restaurant appeared a bit understaffed when we visited, with most tables not bussed and dishes waiting when we walked in. Only 2 people appeared to be running the whole place; still, we got immediate service and our food came out quickly. This is not the very best Mexican restaurant around, but it is a welcome addition to King City’s dinner scene.

Stopped here for a quick bite and was surprised to find how great the food was for a good value. I got a steak torta and my partner got the supreme burrito. The portion sizes are quite filling and I really like their guacamole. They make it fresh and creamy, using perfectly ripened avocado with lots of lime juice. There's limited seating inside and outside the restaurant if you wanted to dine in, but this is not a place where they serve you. They offer catering trays, family size portions by the pound, or you can order individual items.
