Disgusting. No using food tongs or changing gloves when handling the food. The guy mopped the floor and came to the counter to pack the food with hands, without washing his hands or changing gloves. 🤮🤮

A family bucket of 8pc of chicken, all burnt chicken breast, no chicken legs or wings. why is it called a chicken family bucket?
After taking out, we ate in the car. Fortunately, I asked for the receipt. The family comb has 4 biscuits, but we didn't find them. We went back to the kfc and said we didn't have any biscuits. The cashier at the front desk said that they were in the chicken bucket , check it again. 4 pc biscuit in the bucket? we haven't seen them yet finally.

Food hit the spot while traveling and working. Service was great, watched her be patient and kind with a rather confused elderly gentleman, and the front service gal helped him order the best options that he wanted.
The worst experienced that we had in KFC, ordered 16 pieces of regular chicken but told us that it should be 1/2 regular and 1/2 crispy which is weird. Asked for a plate for 9 person but told us that plate is not available ? so we all ate using table napkin. It is actually ok for us but the crew was not very nice and rude! So Management need to work on their customer service! By the way we did not clean our table because the garbage bin was overflowing and it was disgusting to see while we were eating. Receipt is not available too from the main cashier ?

Very interesting experience - bisquits were not available - but we were NOT able to substitute it with anything ... Not even for half a side dish or anything. The customer service at this location, too needs some work ...
Not a great value either: the coleslaw is miniscule in the menu. 3 chicken and 5 bites of coleslaw. Very funny ...
Maybe it is expensive due to the new CA minimum wage?
Oh, and the plastic waste. We dined in - still got a huge plastic bag and an extra brown bag. #NotEarthFriendly
