Store appears clean. Found hair or some kind of thin fiber in my chicken. Brought it to their attention. They told me it was chicken feathers. I know it wasn't, I know what that looks like on a drumstick. She took my haired chicken from me and put it back into the hot hold and gave me a different piece that also had the weird hair on it.

I come to this KFC often and the store is always well kept the workers are always really polite and friendly even though it seems like they're not working with a full staff the food is fresh and even if it's busy the wait is not very long the restrooms are fully stocked and clean.
I have gone multiple times and the service I have gotten from every worker is phenomenal. David is the best manager and amazing at helping me when I need anything. Kassandra takes orders very well. Aaron cooks the food so yum! And Jenny has great customer service as well!! This is the reason I keep on returning. Amazing cooks KFC HAS!!!

Disgusting. No using food tongs or changing gloves when handling the food. The guy mopped the floor and came to the counter to pack the food with hands, without washing his hands or changing gloves. 🤮🤮
