Very rude customer service placed a mobile order with two drinks my daughter got off to pick up the drinks and asked for a extra venti water with ice Twice and never got the water with ice had to walk in to tell my daughter let's go after she was waiting for the water for more than 15min

I usually like the matcha here but today, it was not mixed properly and it tasted really bad. I had it with oatmilk but I think that they forgot to add the classic syrup because it was really bitter and did not taste like usual. I was disappointed especially cause of how much it cost.

I don’t like the girl that works the Drive through window early in the morning because she is rude and talks crap about me to customers and her co workers. I am always polite. I didn’t go back for over a year, decided to give it another try and sure enough, the squeaky voice, long dark hair girl is at it again. She reminds me of Olive Oil!!! There is another Coffee shop nearby, I will go there. I don’t enjoy starting my Day being belittled by a Rude StarBucks employee. This is the King City StarBucks!!!

Great pit stop along the 101! The staff here is friendly, and the service was good. Three bathrooms, which is a huge plus when you’re on a road trip. Solid drinks as expected from Starbucks, and the location has a relaxed vibe. Good spot to stretch your legs, grab a coffee, and keep moving.
I use the drive through and usually it take a bit to get through in other places. There were 4 cars in front of me. But this line moved quick and it was almost as if they had it all premade and waiting for us to show up. Service was excellent and QUICK! My drinks were also amazing. I made a note to stop at this spot every time I pass through

seriously save your five dollars, i'm done with Starbucks that was the worst coffee I've ever had it's worse than like the 2 AM gas station coffee filled with water it's like has any of these berries ever tasted coffee before. Done with Starbucks. Used be the best decaf I could get

I gave a bad review only because the cinnamon dulce latte was horrible. I went to the drive-thru and had to wait half an hour because some dumb lady took forever and didn't order. The service was awful. I didn't get a good Morning like they always say. That's it. No more Starbucks for me. At least not in King City
