They did my entire order wrong, I ordered a hot white mocha with oat milk and got an ice white mocha with whole milk. I also ordered a mocha cookie crumble frapp and got a double chocolate chip that just tasted like straight milk.

Starbucks is a busy place, but there seems to be no quality control and cleanliness standards at this Starbucks. I know waiting for an order for 15-20 minutes is becoming a regular occurrence at Starbucks, but the counter area was not clean, and the restrooms did not have toilet paper or soap. Not good when the employees use the same facilities. My advice is to stop in Solidad.
Starbucks used to have better drive thru employees, now they lack good customer service. I do understand that maybe they are not having a good day, but being rude to customers is a BIG no no. Just be respectful

Overall, yuck. Bathroom is clean. Dining area is nasty. Crumbs all over the floor, tables and countertops. Every square foot of the floor has some sort of spill, crumb or dirt on it.
