Stopped to eat on our way back to Santa Cruz. Food was great! Way better than Taco Bell at Watsonville. Food portions were good. I couldnt finish my chicken bowl. Super stuffed 👍👍

Staff was very friendly. The woman I spoke with was kind and helpful.

The restaraunt was Clean inside and restroom were also clean. Plenty of parking.

Would not recommend this location. Poor customer service— and manager I would assume has a very rude attitude when asking for extra sauce or anything + got our drinks wrong. Also skimps on the nacho sauce.

Staff is a hit and miss, just attitudes and no respect for their customers. Tonight was a complete miss…. A district manager needs to pay this taco bell a visit. Every time I order for my family, this taco bell misses putting every item in the bag. ( it’s not rocket science) Last two visits they forgot the nachos plates, this time they forgot my cravings box. How many times do I have to go back after getting home for missing items… and not one apology from anyone of this staff. You folks need to fix this or I will never be back… word spreads fast as this is a small town. Does anyone care of quality service anymore ? I even ask every time, can you please double check order and they say, yes everything is there. When its not. Damn I'm frustrated with this place. Do yourselves a favor and drive to Greenfield or Soledad.
