Stopped to eat on our way back to Santa Cruz. Food was great! Way better than Taco Bell at Watsonville. Food portions were good. I couldnt finish my chicken bowl. Super stuffed 👍👍
Staff was very friendly. The woman I spoke with was kind and helpful.
The restaraunt was Clean inside and restroom were also clean. Plenty of parking.

The store has the rudest employees ever Refused to take cash Would not take the order over over-the-counter only at the kiosk I believe in saving American jobs and not letting the computers do everything I would never return to this location one across the street to McDonald's a lot better attitude there these people are absolutely horrible

Would not recommend this location. Poor customer service— and manager I would assume has a very rude attitude when asking for extra sauce or anything + got our drinks wrong. Also skimps on the nacho sauce.
Staff is a hit and miss, just attitudes and no respect for their customers. Tonight was a complete miss…. A district manager needs to pay this taco bell a visit. Every time I order for my family, this taco bell misses putting every item in the bag. ( it’s not rocket science) Last two visits they forgot the nachos plates, this time they forgot my cravings box. How many times do I have to go back after getting home for missing items… and not one apology from anyone of this staff. You folks need to fix this or I will never be back… word spreads fast as this is a small town. Does anyone care of quality service anymore ? I even ask every time, can you please double check order and they say, yes everything is there. When its not. Damn I'm frustrated with this place. Do yourselves a favor and drive to Greenfield or Soledad.
