This is hands-down the best burrito in Olive California. Do yourself a favor. Stop in and say hello. Service is great. Food is great and what a cool little town.

I really like the quality of their meats (and that's why I eat there once a week) and like how fast my food is ready for pickup. My only complaint is that almost every single time I've ordered, I've had something missing. Sometimes it's a straw, or lemons, or salsa, and sometimes it's all 3. Since the bag is taped shut, it's hard to tell if there's anything missing, and I usually find out once I'm in my car ready to eat. When I place orders, I specify that I want everything included except for onion, so it's frustrating to have to head back to the restaurant to just get what I asked for in the beginning. Otherwise, it's delicious food.

Keeping in mind I'm a Midwest guy, the food here was phenomenal. Prices were great for the food you got. I really liked that the corn tortillas didn't fall apart while I at the tacos. One thing of note is there is no inside seating.

La veridad is off the beaten path. Don't waste your time with commercial chains. Be sure to Visit the authentic historic district of King City. Many restaurants to choose from, but this corner location was perfect. Busy, which is a good sign, but Swift friendly service and preparation for us eating quickly. The burritos were fresh. The carnitas, the El pastor were delicious. A bunch of sliced carrot rounds served with lemons straight off a tree gave the meal sunshine and a bite to bring it all together. You're traveling on highway 101 at 70+mph. Take a deserved break eat well, support local business, then you can get back on the road. But definitely visit La Potranca.
