Waitress was ditzy, very unorganized; maybe new? Soup was very salty. Portobello mushroom dinner was ok, although the quinoa part was bland. Salad was ample.
They were so understaffed.... No one at the hostess desk for 30+ minutes.... Many people came and went. When my pager went off I was told it was a malfunction, and still had to wait. Eventually a lovely couple who were behind us, but called ahead of us invited us to join them. Our service was ok once we were seated and our food was good. We were also there the night before, and I told the hostess we had Open Table reservations (again the chaos waiting) and she said we don't know...read full review
Made reservations as it's the only place to eat. It doesn't matter if you make a reservation because they don't ask. You just wait to be seated whenever they can do it. When we were there for five consecutive evenings there was no hostess. The skeleton staff are overworked. The food is basic. It's a national park. My expectations are pretty low and they met them. It's fine, happy to have something to eat and it wasn't bad. The staff were as helpful and nice as one might expect....read full review
