“They were so understaffed.... No one at the hostess desk for 30+ minutes.... Many people came and went. When my pager went off I was told it was a malfunction, and still had to wait. Eventually a lovely couple who were behind us, but called ahead of us invited us to join them. Our service was ok once we were seated and our food was good. We were also there the night before, and I told the hostess we had Open Table reservations (again the chaos waiting) and she said we don't know how to do that. Felt badly for the overworked staff.”
