You really can't beat Subway's Breakfast Sandwich, at any time of the day. I had the ham, egg white, with pepper jack cheese on flat bread...toasted. Toasting will melt the cheese, prior to adding all the veggies, with some mustard and Schiraccha sauce. The mustard and the sauce complement the sandwich...completely; with just the right amount of tartness. I had the combo which included their good coffee.
