“Best varierty of options in a cafeteria style. If you need healthy/vegeterian options, this is likely the safest bet.Gets pretty crowded at lunch and might be tough or impossibly to get a seat.”
“The food is good. Staff and people here are friendly, but it was too crowded in my opinion when we stopped in. Got an order of pulled pork and fries to share with a friend. For us splitting an order was perfect. Eating a whole order would have been too much. But for a big hungry guy it might have been perfect.”
“Not sure why everyone else is so salty. It's average thin crust pizza (that yes bears some resemblance to frozen grocery store pizza) with reasonable service in a nice little space right off the mountain. Oh and the prices are obviously high because: right off the mountain. Price elasticity of supply, people!”
“I highly recommend the spicy bloody Mary.I wish I took a photo of the pepper before consumption. My wife who enjoys spicy food far beyond my own weak palate says it was by far the spiciest she's had. According to a quick Google, it turned out to be a habanero. The burritos and tacos were delicous and the service was exceptional.”

“his is my go to place to stop for lunch and drinks after a good hike or any time I'm making my way from Carson City to the San Joaquin Valley. In addition to being located in a historic saloon, they have really good brisket, burgers and have a host of other tasty dishes and sharables. Of course, being that this is an establishment to imbibe in, they do have a decent selection of beers, whiskeys and a myriad of specialty cocktails as well. While I prefer to sit at the bar if only because of how nice and log cabin cozy it feels, they do have a good amount of indoor seating but I should note, it's more suitable for groups no bigger than 4. That said, on a nice summer day, sitting out in the large outdoor patio is hard to pass up and it is more welcoming of larger groups. Prices of everything here is on the higher side but then, looking for a good deal on a meal is not why you should be stopping in. One last thing, plenty of parking can be found in the large dirt parking lot.”
