“Nice place to relax and have upscale small bites.Vegetarian options: Has vegetarian optionsParking: Parking is easiest the earlier you arrive.Wheelchair accessibility: There are elevators!”
“K-Bar is what it looks like. Small and a bit packed, but a great place to hang out, warm up after a long day, and grab a beer or three. Bartenders are super chill. Prices are a bit high, but it's a slopeside bar so really are you surprised? Pretty well stocked liquor selection, but a more limited selection of beers. I didn't get the food, but curious to try that next time I'm here.”
“Service was impacted by 50+ motorcycle drivers on their way to Reno Street Vibrations event. But friendly, and excellent food. Split a slow roasted BBQ Brisket sandwich and fries. Just right amount and great meat and home made sauce! Legit fries also.”
“Best varierty of options in a cafeteria style. If you need healthy/vegeterian options, this is likely the safest bet.Gets pretty crowded at lunch and might be tough or impossibly to get a seat.”
“Staff is super friendly and great vibe at Kirkwood always. Food is good tasting, but needs more healthy options other than pizza, kickers, soup and croissants. Bar service is always under-staffed, so prepare for a really long wait. Nothing to do for waiting family members who do not ski is a big disadvantage to Kirkwood from becoming a family destination. Skiers in the family will stay, non-skiers stop coming eventually from the household.”
“Not sure why everyone else is so salty. It's average thin crust pizza (that yes bears some resemblance to frozen grocery store pizza) with reasonable service in a nice little space right off the mountain. Oh and the prices are obviously high because: right off the mountain. Price elasticity of supply, people!”
“I highly recommend the spicy bloody Mary.I wish I took a photo of the pepper before consumption. My wife who enjoys spicy food far beyond my own weak palate says it was by far the spiciest she's had. According to a quick Google, it turned out to be a habanero. The burritos and tacos were delicous and the service was exceptional.”
“BBQ platter $30You can choose smoked beef brisket and pulled porkPull pork is too dry and not recommendedThe meat of Smoked beef brisket is oily and fragrant, so you can order this.Although the attached cake is relatively dry, the sweetness is very suitable for relieving tiredness.Kyle slaw can add fiberPotato salad has too much mayonnaise and is too sweetI feel there is a problem with the circulation. I had to wait for a while to get the food at the checkout and food grilling stations. However, the scenery upstairs is beautiful and you can see Taihao Lake. It is worth going up to see it.”
“The $3 Goose Island is unbearable and the fries were great too! Loved the smokey aroma and comforting vibe after a long day out on the slopes. Bartenders were fast even though the line was long at times. It would be nice if this place had QR code ordering. I also wish there were better views but the view from the lodge isn't "stunning" either.”
