Caples Lake Resort Restaurant is a destination. Do yourself a favor and treat yourself to a 5***** meal in either the lounge(no reservations) or dining room (reservation suggested) Owners, Mike and Gwen, along with Chef Peter and their delightful servers will keep you going back again and again.
My husband and I ate here two nights in a row (I wish I had taken good pictures). Our meals were the best I have eaten out in years. The halibut I had was fantastic and the view was amazing! Great service, great atmosphere and amazing food!
