I had dinner here and ordered a sandwich. It was absolutely perfect. Everything tasted fresh, and the customer service was excellent. You could tell they really care about quality and cleanliness. One thing worth mentioning: while I was there, a glass container with what seemed like oil or spices accidentally broke. The staff immediately threw out everything nearby, including big containers of lettuce, the tomatoes, and even the sandwich they were in the middle of making, even though the glass didn’t break directly over it or even close to it. It showed me how seriously they take hygiene and food safety, which I really respect. Overall, a great experience. Highly recommended. Thank you

Wow! Look at all the negative reviews related to late orders, bad customer service and terrible attitudes. They need to clean house and hire a new manager and staff! I placed a $400 on-line order for curbside pick up for the following day. I called the restaurant the morning of pick up & confirmed that the order was received & WILL BE READY BY the requested time. I arrived 15 mins early, parked right in front and notified restaurant through the order email confirmation that I had arrived. Five minutes after the promised time, no sandwiches. I went into the restaurant & inquired about my order. I was told that it would take another 10-15 mins. I asked to speak to the mgr - Angel Saucedo came out (he was panting and sweating) & I explained that my order wasn't ready and if he could look into it. He casually walked to the sandwich station, came back & said 6-7 "hot" sandwiches still had to be made. He said they started making the large order 30 mins before my pick up time. I told him it was unacceptable that my order wasn't ready. I could not wait for the 15-20 mins as my meeting was scheduled in 20 mins and i was 10 mins from the meeting location. No apology, zero empathy, no emotional intelligence whatsoever! No one updated me as I waited outside. He said he didn't like my attitude (Apparently asking why my order is going to be 30 mins late is having "bad attitude") & said he will cancel my order. He lost the owner of this Jersey Mike's $400 and all those wasted sandwiches that were already made! Angel is an idiot! He flew off the handle, cancelled my order & I left without any food. I went down the street, spent the $400 elsewhere, the order was delivered for free and on time. I've told many people about this awful experience and also emailed Jersey Mike's complaint department on their website. The owner responded with confirmation of the order refund. Angel needs to be investigated, fired & and replaced with a real manager. Like other patrons have stated, employees look miserable here. It's probably bc of Angel. He doesn't represent the Jersey Mike's brand and experience that I've had at other locations. Based on my one and only experience, I do not recommend and obviously, will not return.

Dirty gloves

After checking in and personally confirming my name and the order with a worker, I sat for 20 minutes, until someone finally brought a bunch of finished orders out to the pickup shelves. Found mine in the new pile. Great place to go if you like waiting around and eating old and soggy sandwiches.

Just ordered my sandwiches for delivery, order wasnt even half of what I ordered also wasted my mikes points and then they blocked me from calling to find out why this order was wrong. Terrible. I mean why download the app to accumulate point just so they wont honor it and steal from you!?!?

2nd time they run out of bread by 7:20pm, 1h40min before close.

Good classic Jersey Mike's subs, nice staff, nice tables inside and outside to eat at.

TODAY I CHOSE A MINI TURKEY PROVOLONE MIKE'S WAY WITH BACON.... THEY CHARGED ME $2.65 FOR ONE SLICE OF BACON!!! THAT IS STRAIGHT ROBBERY.... AND RIDICULOUSLY SAD!!! I MAY THINK TWICE ON ADDING BACON TO ANY OF MY MAYBE FUTURE SANDWICHES!!! AND THE GIRLS THAT WORK THERE LOOK PRETTY MAD, NO SMILES ON THEIR FACES.... IF THEY DON'T LIKE THEIR JOB FIND ANOTHER!!
