An empty stomach and a full-up parking lot across the street led me to Haruka, which had an open spot right outside the door, just about a month ago -- I've been here twice more since after long days at work.The staff is so warm and welcoming; the food is fresh and delicious, as well as beautifully presented; the physical space is comfortable and stylish without feeling pretentious.
