“Ended up here accidentally on a layover: Hands down, the best ramen I’ve ever had (springy, slurpy perfection), amazing cocktails (if you like gin the Japanese 75 is a must try!), and whatever the whipped cream, creme brûlée’d banana dessert was tasted like heaven. I even ordered another tonkotsu ramen to go (all the way to Florida) to bring back to my fiancé. They separated all of it, packaged it so it wouldn’t leak, and wrote directions on specific timing for heating up each item! Very impressive service. I’ll be back again!“

We literally just left, but the service tonight was so top notch that I had to leave a review and give the staff a shoutout. We brought our kids this time and everyone was so nice and attentive. Even my son said, “Everyone there is so nice!” which pretty much says it all.

We tried a bunch of things we didn’t get last time, and the Katsu Caesar Salad was definitely our favorite this time. Everything we ordered was so good.

My husband is vegan and the rest of us aren’t, so we love finding a place where he has plenty of options and the rest of us can enjoy everything too. Such a great spot and definitely one we’ll keep coming back to! Worth the drive for us“

The Wagyu carpaccio practically melted in my mouth and was such a great way to start the meal. The uni mazemen was rich, deeply savory, and packed with flavor. We also loved the Wagyu katsu sando, which had the perfect balance of tender, juicy meat and fluffy bread. The hand rolls were incredibly fresh, and we ended the evening with a slice of cheesecake that was light yet indulgent.

The craft cocktails were just as impressive as the food. They feature creative Japanese-inspired flavors like matcha and fresh citrus, and the presentation was beautiful.

I also loved the decor and overall vibe. The atmosphere was intimate, and the music really added to the experience. Everything was reasonably priced, making this a great spot for a nice meal without feeling overly expensive or crowded. They also offer valet parking, but I ended up parking in a lot around the corner, which was super convenient.

Their wagyu cuts are 100% top-grade and not just random "wagyu" that are below the marks. We tried their A5 and M9 meats, not to mention their salmon carpaccio that is to die for. Their sides are absolutely delicious and smart, one great example is their fried pork buns that is like a spin on soup dumplings. To top it off, you get premium ice cream in the end. Their salad is so good with yuzu and smokey salt, plus you get a chili mix too. They serve the meats fast plus your tablet menu is in front of you so you don't have to keep calling the staff to refill. I give them 9 stars! 🌟 🐄 🥩“

I LOVE salmon, and their salmon is buttery and very good quality. For their price and quality, I’d say it’s definitely worth it. I’ve tried their salmon delight, crunch roll, dragon roll, blossom roll, salmon avocado combo, combo an and combo c. I tried out their new menu today, the salmon crunch, and I really liked it (apologies for the half eaten picture). Might be my new go to menu item. I really the fried onions on there. They make the curry in house, and its to die for. Staff is great and apart from the strip mall parking being full sometimes, there's really no down side.“

“What a special treat. Visiting LA, and my daughter made a reservation for dinner. We did not have omakase bar seats, but had the dining room omakase. Absolutely fantastic. Service was excellent, attention to every detail. The omakase sushi dinner was maybe some of the best fish I’ve ever eaten.
I need the mention the house Martini, one of the most delicate martinis I can remember.
