ABSOLUTELY the BEST ramen I have ever had!!! The service is amazing, the fried pumpkin... off the hook!!! Spring rolls, yaaasssss!! I had the King Ramen...whoaaaaa! Daaaaammnnn!! You will NOT be disappointed. Thanks to the owners for the great experience.

Wonderful ramen spot. The broths were flavorful and the appetizers very tasty. Not featured, but we got a fresh squeezed juice and it definitely enhanced the meal!

Based on the reviews, Ginjo Ramen lives up to its name as the king of ramen. The tonkotsu broth is delicious, deeply flavorful, and satisfying, with a rich taste where the fats coat the mouth. The noodles have the right amount of bounce and a nice chew, with a texture that travels well for takeout. The soft boiled eggs are a standout, described as perfectly creamy and soft. The pork can be a bit too chewy, but the noodles and broth make up for it. Other popular items include the spicy king ramen, which has a higher spice level, and the chicken katsu curry with vegetables. For appetizers and desserts, the fried pumpkin appetizer is crispy and sweet, the Taro desert and coconut jelly desert both receive high marks. The service is consistently praised as attentive, friendly, and welcoming, with the host and cooks being super nice.
