This ramen satisfies on so many level's! We had the spicy King Ramen and the tonkatsu with miso broth, both delicious and meticulously prepared. This family owned business proudly serves authentic slow cooked broth recipes handed down through generations, and it shows!
This review is about my first experience at this establishment. I ordered the Tonkotsu Ramen, and I was hooked on the broth alone. Before I continue, this restaurant was well taken care of, clean, and staff was very hospitable. Service was quicker than I expected it to be, too.
