Very busy and super small location, but I had a very friendly and positive experience. Service was fast despite the crowds. Seating is minimal. Drinks were prepared well! Some outdoor seating is nice and is located in a nice shopping center. Parking is challenging at peak hours.

Usually I don't have a problem here, but it's really peculiar that sometimes you'll go and they'll literally have a handwritten sign on the door that says "sorry we're closed." For example, yesterday I went there at 3:20 p.m. and they had a sign on the door that said "sorry for the inconvenience but we're closed at 3:00." I hadn't before witnessed a Starbucks close at 3:00 p.m. Their hours online are misleading if they're...

This particular location has questionable customer service. With the line forming all the way out the door, the associate at the register still couldn't figure out that it was perhaps inappropriate to spend 5 to 10 minutes gushing over her customers'makeup and hair. Meanwhile over at the coffee bar, the male associate spends his time flirting with a customer who seems rather young for his age. All in all, 25 minutes for one chai latte.
