The food was good. The folks behind the counter, specifically with shorter arms, couldn't reach over without touching the other condiments with their bracelets and/or sleeves. Maybe longer gloves, longer utensil handles, and removal of jewelry as a solution?
I have eaten here three times now and every time I go the quality seems worse. We arrived at 10:30 when they're supposed to be open and they refused to open the door until 10:33 to which they were painfully unprepared. One thing I don't understand is if you say your restaurant opens at 10:30 you should be there and you should be ready when you open the doors. The pizza doesn't cost much by American standards but it's rubbery even straight out of the oven. They only have two bottled beers and one on tap, quite expensive as well. They serve pizza in the box even if you eat inside. If you are Italian, avoid for goodness' sake. The staff is kind.
