Chicken avocado Burrito had a big piece of fat/skin. For the price of this burrito I could get a combo elsewhere. Barely any chicken. Didn’t find one piece of avocado. Very skinny burrito. Poor example of a burrito. Chicken was dry and old.

This Pollo Loco has always been my favorite and continues to surpass expectations! I always go through the drive thru and my order is not only always right, the staff is also so friendly and polite! They even engage my children while they try to talk their ear off ? they always have a smile on their face and are extremely kind. Also the chicken is always juicy and fresh not overcooked like I’ve found at other locations.Kid-friendliness: You know the struggle of trying to order if you’re a parent, your kids are all trying to talk over you and talk to the staff etc. even more so if you have multiples ? their staff is always so kind and engaging with them!

Normally don’t post reviews but felt it was necessary. Walked in and was instantly greeted by the staff. I was happy to see everything properly maintained and organized. Ordered multiple items and all were top tier. Seems like this location has gone through some management changes and I’m all for it. Definitely will be returning again.

The service gets 1 because i can't give it zero. The staff never listens they rush you to order never letting you finish a sentence. "Is that all .." no, it will be all when I say that's all please... Then they get the order wrong too.

Every time I order, I ask for extra creamy cilantro dressing, and it's OK that I have to pay more. But when I get home from the drive-thru to find out it's not there, and have to drive back to get what I paid for, is extremely aggravating. Then when you leave a comment in the survey about the experience, there is no contact or compensation for the soggie burrito I had to eat since I wasted all that time going back to get what I paid for. You would think corporate would reach out and offer to compensate me for my time and soggy burrito. Dont think I'll be going back soon.

I have been probably about 10 times through the drive thru, and EVERY single time, they have gotten my order wrong. Something is either missing or switched.A few times, I have gotten chicken that had been sitting there for a long time and it cold

After picking up a mobile order we once again got home to discover no salad dressing or salsa was in the bag along with it. This seems to be a common occurrence with this location, as it has happened more than once. And although it doesn't seem like a big deal, it is. When asked if these items were in the bag and being reassured that they were, and then not finding them inside, it does tend to be a little infuriating, especially with a receipt stapled right to the bag. When i call to make a complaint and you tell me you're sorry and we can come back to pick them up, it's ridiculous. There shouldn't be a reason for me to have to come pick up anything that was supposed to be in the bag in to begin with, if indeed, the mobile order person is making sure everything's in the bag to begin with. So because this is the 8,986,00 time you've done it to me, I will no longer be ordering from your establishment, and will now make the one across town my preferred location.
