This particular El Pollo loco gets five stars for food and service. There is only one employee that I have encountered that is a bit of a hot mess so I cannot take away stars because of her service. All others have been excellent, fast, friendly, and correct in delivering meals and change correctly. �
Impressed with a $10 meal for 2 coupon. A lot of food for just $10!! Awesome!!
No matter which El Pollo Loco location I visit, the food always tastes the same—fresh, flavorful, and delicious. The customer service is always friendly and welcoming. Great food and great service every time. Highly recommended!
