This particular El Pollo loco gets five stars for food and service. There is only one employee that I have encountered that is a bit of a hot mess so I cannot take away stars because of her service. All others have been excellent, fast, friendly, and correct in delivering meals and change correctly. �
Impressed with a $10 meal for 2 coupon. A lot of food for just $10!! Awesome!!
I don't know why, but there's almost always something wrong with my order. I said rice and slaw, I get beans and slaw. I say no lettuce/cabbage, I get extra. I said green salsa, I get I huge bag of all kinds. I hate throwing food away, so it's extra frustrating.
