I'm not from the area and was looking for a fast drive thru option for lunch. This hit the spot.

I ordered the kids meal chicken leg combo with mashed potatoes. It also came with chips, I added a side of queso and a churro dessert. All the food was still hot and fresh when I arrived back at work to eat. The chicken is grilled style and had a good seasoning. The potatoes were basic, like instant. The queso tho - that was a great add and worth every cent....

Chicken avocado Burrito had a big piece of fat/skin. For the price of this burrito I could get a combo elsewhere. Barely any chicken. Didn’t find one piece of avocado. Very skinny burrito. Poor example of a burrito. Chicken was dry and old.

This Pollo Loco has always been my favorite and continues to surpass expectations! I always go through the drive thru and my order is not only always right, the staff is also so friendly and polite! They even engage my children while they try to talk their ear off ? they always have a smile on their face and are extremely kind. Also the chicken is always juicy and fresh not overcooked like I’ve found at other locations.
