Truly a hidden gem. Several levels of dining space combined with the big fireplace gives the restaurant a unique ambiance. The food was superb, incredible pasta. There was a live pianist playing that made the evening even more memorable. As it often happens with places like this, service was impeccable.

I've been there 3 times and plan to keep going. I ask the bartender to make a Speedbump, a delicious cocktail that was supposedly created by the Cat and the Custard Cup's former bartender, Smitty, but each time, the bartender says they don't have all the ingredients. Well, get them! How hard is that? I can't be the only person who asks for it.
The hostess gave out an odd sigh when we told her we didn't have reservations. It was strange.
The food is pretty good.
I like that they have many nights of live music.
I am going to keep going and my hope is that they keep improving things, so I can change my rating to a 5!

The service was bad. I had to get up and ask if we had a server after what seemed like 15+ minutes. And a party that got there after us were already enjoying their wine. We got charge an 18% service charge for a large party and we were only 4 when I asked about it to the server she said because we were seated outside with the live music. We were never told this. We ordered 2 deserts and she only brought us one. We asked about the second desert and didn’t get it until after a while after my daughter and son in law I. were dine with theirs. Food is good but overall service is bad. Beware, ask for any hidden fees because that’s where they get you. We were never told about the mandatory 18%.

We celebrated our 26th wedding anniversary last night. It was perfect. We had the filet mignon and it was cooked to perfection. We also had the lobster ravioli. Delicious! I loved the French onion soup - perfection! Try their Lemon Drop Martini, it just makes dinner even more special. And they suprised us with a lovely anniversary dessert to celebrate
If you love live music, come on over on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays. They had a lovely trio band playing. And they’re adding live Latin music on the patio on Wednesday nights
We had been regulars at The Cat.. so impressed with IL Gatto. Food is very on point.. service was fantastic!highly recommend. Tiffany our server was so friendly and amazing!

We were so happy to go to the old Cat and Custard Cup location again. We were pleasantly surprised at how great everything was. Our server was knowledgeable and friendly. The bread basket was really good! The salads were fresh and delicious! We had the Chicken Parmesan and the Bistecca Al Pepe Verde. We loved both dishes. We shared the chocolate souffle cake for dessert. It was fabulous! We will definitely be back for more!

Terrible customer service, the servers will give you shade and talk bad to you if you don't tip them enough, management didn't care to fix the problem, or fire or do anything with the servers, I'd take my money elsewhere if your gonna spend good money on a meal, get respect at the same time if your gonna support a bussiness
