I gotta give 5 stars just for some of the responses from the owner to some of these reviews has me dying laughing.That should go viral and be posted on someone's tick tock. Not sure if this is the same place that's been there for 20 years or so but if so I know the son Jose who's a good guy.
If you're looking for authentic and traditional food from the state of Jalisco, look no further then La Perla Tapatia. Tortas Ahogadas, Carne en Su Jugo, Pozole, Birria de Chivo, Caldos de Res, Pollo, Camaron, Albondigas and of course Menudo serve daily with handmade Tortillas.

The food in this place has a rich seasoning, it's like being in Guadalajara, the Menudo and the Tortas Drowned are highly recommended, without missing a delicious Gericalla, everything is very good ???
