I was craving fast Chinese food and this was close by.
I had a three item plate, teriyaki chicken, mushroom chicken and beef broccoli with a side of super greens. All were delicious and as expected, great customer service too.
I’d definitely come back here to try their other menu items.

I come here often and when I came in today and ordered a 2 item combo with double white rice I was given such a small portion of my two item combo it was disappointing. I paid $15 total with some change included the donation to children's hospital and was completely disappointed with my portions. I was also charged $1.50 extra for my 2 items. If this happens again I will not be returning.

The level of incompetence with this generation scaes me. They couldn't get my order right. They missed giving me the correct amount of items. I was handed a receipt and asked about my missing items. The cashier was clueless. She asked for my receipt. I showed it to her. She was incapable of understanding that items were missing. I was very nice about it until she tried to charge me extra for something I already paid for. It took 5 minutes two employees figure out what the issue was. Guess what. Neither one could understand the issue. It's so frustrating dealing with the incompetence of this establishment. I understand making a mistake. That's how it started, but when they wanted to charge me again for something that I already paid for then it becomes stupidity.
Food is good when it's hot and fresh. It's fast food so the expectations are never going very high. The issue I have during this pandemic has to do with service. Missing items. No sweet and sour sauce. No chili sauce. They've done a horrible job at pick and delivery service. It's been 5 plus months and they still don't have any type of consistency with service

If I order a bigger plate and there’s 2 pieces of chicken for the bourbon and you count that as an entree your going to give more.. if your lazy and don’t want to work there don’t work in food service… don’t give me food you wouldn’t eat yourself.. I’m not kidding it was 2 small pieces of chicken.

Went in the morning at opening. All the dishes weren't ready yet but we didn't mind waiting. They gave us 3 free drinks while we waited. Kung pao chicken was deliciously spicy. Great location and great service.

Every time I come here they ha e a bad attitude. Manager is rude. Today I came in and asked if I could order the Dodgers plate. Manager told me I needed to order online. I stepped outside and used my app to order. I didn't see promotion. I went back inside to ask what I need, she gave me the code. I submitted my order and it said I had to wait 25 mins to pick it up. There was NO ONE in line I asked the same manager if I have to wait that long I wasn't told it'd be that long. She said there is more online orders and I would ha e to wait for my turn. She asked for my name and acted as though she was going to help me and walked away. Leaving me standing there. No one was preparing any orders the whole time I was there. More people came in one by one. No line . In and out quickly. Not once did they think to make my order so I can be on my way. I order one plate. Nothing else. I am still standing here 15 mins later, waiting watching NO ONE prepare an online order. Manager Stephani is sitting in the side room. Not a care I. The world for her customer. This has always been her bad attitude. This is why I was reluctant to come back. Gave it a try and it wasn't a surprise. 20 mins now and a guy worker asked what name my order was under. Looks like he is pro active and noticed me waiting. He about customer service. Promote him. Nice job Isaias!

Bought food for 5 people. The staff was friendly, helpful, polite and quick to give me my order. The food I ate was delicious and fresh. I didn’t ask the others how they like their food.
I asked to get extra peanut to be added to my food and they said they couldn’t altérate the recipe when all they needed to do was to grab extra peanut from their container to add to my plate. I guess you have to be a rocket scientist to learn how to do that! The best part was the attitude from their shift lead man. Great Job buddy!

We needed some food for a gathering and ordered teriyaki chicken, orange chicken, noodles, fried rice and steam white rice. The order was ready on time when I arrived on a Saturday late morning. I really enjoyed the teriyaki chicken and it tasted great. The noodles are thin with a lot of vegetables but didn’t have much flavor and I prefer thicker noodles. I actually didn’t taste the fried rice but the steam rice was okay. As for my favorite orange chicken, it was more bread than chicken pieces so that was disappointing. They definitely gave us utensils and sauces.
