I went in with a coupon for a free donut with any purahcase, but they said they were out of donuts and couldn't give it to me. At the very least, if they sent me a coupon, they should have prepared the product or given me something else when it ran out. It's even more ridiculous that the customer service responded by saying what's the point of having a coupon?

Hey Guys, I’m rating this one star because I ordered three items online today for a lovely breakfast at home, but one of the sandwiches was missing. This missing item ruined our morning vibes and forced us to spend additional time and money reordering through Uber Eats for our guest's breakfast.
The other two items were good.

Placed a $100 online order for pick up at 5:37 pm on 12/30, only to show up and be told they are out of nearly all the items ordered. I was told they would have them ready at 7 am on 12/31. I showed up and order was not ready. Poor communication and excuses. Also coffee not ready at opening, said they aren’t serving coffee and machine broken. All employees had earphones on and super unprofessional. Love the pastries, but really unacceptable.

Today, I encountered very uncomfortable treatment. There was no employee at the cashier counter around 8 am, and another customer and I stood there one after the other, waiting to pay. Because there are two machine on the desk, so both of us puts bread we choose on the counter.When the cashier came over, she insisted that the other customer had arrived first and should be checked out first. I felt utterly confused, as if I had cut in line. The other customer also said that I had arrived first, and only then did they proceed with the checkout. It was ridiculous, ruining my mood early in the morning. Specially when I picked up my Lattice, the cashier keeps staring at me and no response when I say Thank you.

I've been to this Paris Baguette location more times than I can count, and let me tell you, their cakes are the real MVPs. But what really sets them apart is the owners' heart of gold (or should I say, heart of chocolate?). I mean, who opens their store door after hours for a last-minute cake emergency? These lovely folks do! And on New Year's, no less! Talk about starting the year off right. Their chocolate cake? Exquisitely mouthwatering (yes, that's a thing now). I've tried it, and trust me, it's worth breaking your diet for.

I was given the wrong cake that was worth $42 +tax and I had purchased a $45+ tax, they try to give $1 back. Peps be in the look out and check your order. The principal is to keep customers content not mess your order and on top of that try to hassle you.
