I had such an amazing experience at this Starbucks! When I got there, it wasn’t too busy like usual, though there were a few cars. Right away, someone on the speaker asked me to hold for a moment, and I told them no worries, take your time I wasn’t in a rush at all. The staff was so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely kind.

My drink was listed quickly and made perfectly exactly how I like it. The manager, Latrice, was super nice, friendly, and charismatic. You can tell she really cares about her team and the customers. Kerrie, one of the baristas, was also so lovely and made the whole experience even better.

The whole team honestly made my day. They were attentive, kind, and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. I swear, they deserve a raise for how amazing they are! I’ll definitely be coming back again and again, just for the customer service alone it’s that good.

Service sucks so bad it makes the environment suck too. No wonder it’s so empty 😬😬 I don’t expect service to be cheerful but this is a new low. Wish I had gone to a better location.

I stop at this Starbucks for convenience (close to my house) but EVERY TIME I come here my drinks are always wrong and nasty. I’ll just start going to the one on imperial or dunkin donuts. Service isn’t great either, I expect to be greeted while ordering at the drive thru, not just a “what can I get you” and I expect to be greeted when I get to the window instead of “what are you paying with today”

Hospitality and mannerism is at an all time low these days and you guys think it’s okay to ask for tips but are not giving “Tip” customer service.

Stopped by this Starbucks for the first time and was really impressed! The staff was so friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience feel personal and relaxed. My drink was perfect, and the atmosphere was clean and comfortable. Definitely a great first impression—I’ll be back!

This store seems to have very strict rule on “no order, no use of restroom”. Which you barely experienced at other places. As a Starbucks customer, I think it is very uncomfortable for me to have to order something before using the restroom. Should I ask for credits for not using the restroom when I order next time?

I come here often because I like their drinks but a girl at the counter is very rude and doesn’t remember her customers. Whenever I ask for the rest room code she tells me with stone cold face it is for customers only, did you order drinks? Rude and disrespectful. Not going back.

I always have a great experience at this Starbucks, and a big part of that is because of Savannah! She is professional, friendly, and always greets customers with a warm smile. Her positive attitude makes every visit enjoyable, and she goes above and beyond to provide excellent service. Whether it’s a busy morning rush or a quiet afternoon, she remains kind, patient, and efficient. Savannah truly represents the best of customer service, and I appreciate her dedication. Keep up the great work!

Parking is horribly inadequate it's dangerous in that parking lot. The drive-thru takes preference over the front counter they leave you standing way too long

The service was top notch and friendly.
It is slways nice to walk into a Starbucks they keep all Starbucks nice with constant remodels and upgrades to the interior.

Amazing experience. This morning I went with my family to get some coffee but I don't come much and I don't know the menu. Also my first language is spanish and I don't understand the menu board. I asked if they speak Spanish, and a really nice lady helped me. OMG. She was so great with a lot of patience. I am definitely coming back with my family. Super greatful for the service. For people like this is why business are successful.

The barista were very rude today. I normally am a Regular here I normally don’t ask if they can take my order from the door way it is rear when I ask, and they normally say yes But today they were very rude I normally order inside when I am with my sister and my fur baby and when i am by myself It is rare when I asked them if they can take my order from the doorway it’s only when I see strange people and I don’t want to leave my fur baby Unattended with strange people that I don’t know now in days people Jack for babies as well nov/11/2024 6:07 pm u guys should really change your policies on let for babies inside if you guys survive pup cup then why don’t you let fur babies come in side to .???
