Another place that has eliminated employees in favor of forcing you to order on a screen. Some guy walked up while we were putting our order in and got someone to take his order at the register. Got his food before us too. Screen takes too long and doesn't let you upgrade your fries on a combo meal. Humans used to be able to do that no problem. Speaking of fries, mine were cold. My go-to order would be the GRILLED CHICKEN sandwich, which is a chargrilled chicken breast topped with melted cheese, caramelized onions, crisp shredded lettuce, fresh tomato, BBQ sauce, and mayo on a toasted wheat bun. I usually order a side of onion rings with that, since the meal would be incomplete without it. The ice cream is also good there!

One customer reported a young male employee blowing his nose multiple times facing the condiments without washing his hands, which is not acceptable. Overall, the food is good, but service speed and hygiene practices are major concerns.
