We ordered from the kiosk so we did it ourselves. We took advantage of their $10 deals and it was satisfying. Also ordered the boneless wings and really enjoyed the collab with Jet Tila - great flavor!
Jose was special kind and told what the foods come with and sides with the Family Charbox. Thank for being so pleasant Jose.
Another place that has eliminated employees in favor of forcing you to order on a screen. Some guy walked up while we were putting our order in and got someone to take his order at the register. Got his food before us too. Screen takes too long and doesn't let you upgrade your fries on a combo meal. Humans used to be able to do that no problem. Speaking of fries, mine were cold. Based on customer reviews, Habit Burger & Grill offers a menu with items like the GRILLED CHICKEN sandwich, a chargrilled chicken breast topped with melted cheese, caramelized onions, crisp shredded lettuce, fresh tomato, BBQ sauce, and mayo on a toasted wheat bun. The ice cream is good there. Burgers are great and the place is clean. However, service is very slow. The drive through is super super slow, with a 15-minute wait. Another location has eliminated employees in favor of ordering on a screen, which takes too long and doesn't allow upgrades. One customer reported a young male employee blowing his nose multiple times facing the condiments without washing his hands, which is not acceptable. Overall, the food is good, but service speed and hygiene practices are major concerns.
