Candor is one of my go to's. The quality of ingredients is something many restaurants compromise on, but not here. I also like the variety on the menu. This time I had the short ribs. I would have given the food a 5* but the garlic mashed potato's were not like their usual amazingness 😁. My man had the penne pasta and the sauce with fresh flavorful and perfect. So was the pasta. Candor has been a local stand out, and a favourite since the day it opened its doors. Giuseppe‘s team does an amazing job with seafood; the seafood stew is the best I've eaten anywhere in the world, and the broth is incredibly flavourful! The summer appetizers are innovative, light, and refreshing. The wines are expertly curated, and well priced. The impeccable service rounds out a delightful dining experience - Bravo Team Giuseppe!
Our party of two ate another delicious dinner at Candor outside on the patio. The service was excellent and our food was outstanding as always. The fresh catch - halibut, and chicken Milanese were delectable. Full of flavor and oh so appetizing! We also ordered sides of strawberry arugula salad and bbq artichoke half's dipped in the most delicious aioli, plus asparagus. The mango panacotte for dessert was delectable. We have never been disappointed at Candor!
