My second time here and both times were amazing! I went here this past Sunday for their new Sunday special dinner; which is limited seating at the bar with a unique tasting menu prepared and served by Himitsu himself. So many favorites, I wish I remembered all the names of everything we tried but take my word for it! If you are a sushi lover and haven't tried this place, you must at it to your list! Depending on the night parking can be difficult, there's a small parking...
Miko is the best, love this space. The tostadas are the best along with the oysters and the miso black cod. The nigiri paradise is amazing for lunch and must try the nodoguro nigiri and uni!

Himitsu gets it right, serving up delicious cuts of classic nigiri as well as some local delicacies that you won’t find anywhere else.
I think Wasabi Caesar Salad is probably the best invention of the 21st century.
Make a reservation! We didn’t have a reservation on a Saturday night but they were able to seat us within 20 min.
