Anthony's is a favorite of ours. The food and service are consistently good. The atmosphere puts you in a vacation state of mind. Because of this we held our daughter's wedding shower here. The room was perfect. Everyone had a beautiful view of their little lake. Will was our server. He was spot on. This is the best place to host a small event. There were several food options, plus you could choose a hosted or non-hosted bar, wine at tables, etc. We chose to have a hosted bar, which brought the price per person up.

Met a girlfriend that came in from Switzerland. She loved Anthony's. She had special requests, and they fulfilled--no fuiste! I had the Cobb salad with Shrimp--fresh, crisoy lettuce and the freshest shrimp! Delicious and refreshing.

We have patronize this restaurant when we are in East County. We have found the food quality, service and atmosphere repeatably reliable. The fresh fish selection is excellent and many times features fresh, seasonal, local fish like California White Sea bass or California Yellowtail or Lingcod. Their charred Octopus appetizer is excellent. If you have not had it, I believe this Octopus appetizer is a MUST TRY! The ocean, marine themed interior decor with the restaurant located on a small body of water and the twinkle lights in the outside dining area are really soothing and serene. Anthony's is an enjoyable experience, worth your visit.

Imitation crab meat in pasta, food is very bland and over cooked, cheese taste burnt. No flavor. Service is good. Don’t eat there if you enjoy delicious flavor of sea food. To bland.

First time here with local friends.. Great setting very surprising considering it's in the middle of east county! Reasonable lunch prices food was exceptional. Would Definitely be back!

Soup was lukewarm. Coconut Shrimp was over cooked and burnt. Worker was vacuuming while we were eating. Was bumping my chair. He must have vacuumed the same area 5 times. Server was good. We came in for a late lunch. Was not offered refills on drinks. We were nice to the staff and tipped good. Won't be back. Will go to Brigantine.

Anthony's Fish Grotto is a gem! The swordfish was cooked to perfection – flaky, moist, and bursting with flavor. Excellent service and a lovely atmosphere made for a truly delightful dining experience. Highly recommend!
