The food is absolutely amazing and customer service is also amazing my only problem is this newer AI menu. i’m usually here once a week but this thing just doesn’t work correctly and always takes my order incorrectly for example last week i asked for a large and it kept putting medium. and this week i asked for a regular western burger but it kept putting spicy just a bit frustrating as a regular customer when your order is always incorrect due to the AI service.

I don’t like the A.I. at the drive thru it can’t answer basic questions like “what’s your specials” it just stays silence or says the item is not available. I never asked for an item I asked what are your specials. I’m not going to buy from them anymore ,bring the people back. FYI I just spent $40 on a two adult and 2 kids.

This is a good Carl's Jr. The food was better than most. The service from the staff was real good. The AI at the drive thru sucks. It's been at all the Carl's jr's I've visited in the last couple months and it is terrible. It gets my order wrong every time. Besides that, this was a good place to eat and I'd go back. I won't use the drive-thru again.
