Absolutely disappointed with the La Mesa Chipotle. As a law enforcement family, we’ve always appreciated businesses that support those who serve — but apparently this location missed the memo.
We walked in expecting the same respect we receive at the Mission Valley Chipotle — where the entire order is discounted when an officer is paying for their family. Instead, La Mesa only applied a discount to one burrito bowl… despite the ENTIRE bill being paid for by the officer. How does that make any sense? The entitlement and lack of appreciation were unreal.
To the cheap owner, other locations DO honor the entire ticket for law enforcement. Maybe take notes from Mission Valley and learn a thing or two about customer service.
La Mesa Chipotle — expect my business (and every cop family I know) to go elsewhere. Support those who protect you!

Honestly whoever made the vinaigrette needs to go back to school and learn how to read a recipe card. Or just step away from food prep forever. This was pure oil. Everything else was good but that. 🤣🤣

Tried to do a separate order on their digital application for a free guacamole reward. For whatever reason the application didn't add the guacamole and they wouldn't fix it or provide the guacamole. Their customer service is horrendous! I have no plans on ever using that location ever again.

Dirty inside, brown guacamole, ran out of cheese, very unfriendly staff. I don't know if it was the time we went, but a whole hour before close shouldn't be a problem especially for takeout. If you order online something WILL be wrong and the online customer service runs you in circles trying to report a problem with an order, and ordering inside is no better. Given them enough chances at this location, but we're done with chipotle as a company from now on.

I did Uber eats. Chipotle got one item wrong, the food was bland. It's not a place I would eat at again.
It's like rolling dice at this location. Sometimes you're satisfied with your portions or sometimes you're not. This recent order I've made I literally have maybe 4 peices of chicken in my chicken bowl. That's what I get for ordering online I guess.

Don't order online here they will literally give you half a burrito my burrito isn't even longer than my fingers , also their drive thru isn't even a drive thru it's only for online orders but you won't know that until you are already in it
