Love this restaurant . It's the only one left in San Diego and Gem. We had an amazing server (Ally) I wanted to give her a shout out because she was actually a Host helping , but we did not even know. She was knowledgeable , speedy, attentive. It is hard to find great customer service these days but El Torritos staff has a lot of great employees , and their Manager is always so supportive of his employees and positive ! Server Rebecca provided an outstanding, out of this world service to a large party of 15 people. We had a memorable, very happy event thanks to her amazing skills and positive attitude. We need more people like Rebecca in this world! The food and drinks were also very good.

First time coming here, had no idea what to expect. Gilberto made us feel right at home. He was super attentive and communicative. He even offered to take my wife and I some pictures. The food was amazing but the service Gilberto provided us was better. Definitely recommend!
