Carnitas was dry and stuck together in one big glob on the top. Paid extra for queso that I can’t find + added 2 different salsas… but my meal is still dry. I’ve never not liked chipotle until today. A $20 meal is going straight into the trash.

Burrito tortilla was undercooked, rice with no flavor, and chips with salsa should be free like any other mexican restaurant. Good and fresh meat though, i’ll give them that.

The service here is absolutely terrible. Not only did they forget to include the gauc, lettuse, and properly cook the rice, but they even neglected to add sauce to my orders. I am highly dissatisfied and will never order from this location again. I kindly request that others refrain from ordering or visiting this location .

This chipotle is literally terrible. If you come anytime after 9, 915 in my most recent example. Aka as I’m writing this. They literally have no meats and don’t have much other ingredients either. The counter looks gross like a bomb went off. God forbid there’s two people in front of you because somehow it’ll take 20 mins for you to get through that line with your food. And to be honest it’s not a ton better during the day. If I’m craving chipotle I literally go out of my way to go to another one. If you’re going to have half the ingredients at 9pm with an hour left of service to go. Then just close at 9 lol. And you know this has happened to me many times. Avoid this place for your own sanity.

I've been coming to this Chipotle since it opened back in the day. Came in tonight at 850pm. Line was to the door. One employee announced no more of several items including guacamole. This is 2 hours before they close. If I was the owner I'd say "get your butts in the back and make more guac." At 2.65 a pop, it's a popular and profitable item. Unless they are out of of avocados, they should make more with 2 hours to go. Even a half batch to get through.The guy that helped me tonight was spot on with the portions and was friendly.Parking can get tough in this lot.I'll be back for sure, but it seems like they could use a little more management.
So disgusting to watch a worker wipe the food mess off the counter with her gloved hands and then continue to handle people’s food with those same gloves. The customer shouldn’t have to remind

Incidentally just before entering this location, we were discussing that chipotle always have consistent quality. This location proved that totally wrong: no black beans, pinto beans were watered down, veggies running out, rice dried out. On to of that the service person behind counter wasn't even interested in serving. Worst Chipotle ever. If the franchise owners are reading, this was at 4pm on 14th Jan, 2024

I have been to this location plenty of times & this was the worse its ever been. I was there about 4:45pm which should be the beginning of the dinner rush yet they were out of so many items. White rice was just made, barely any black beans, most of the meats were low or out. My chickden was completely cold. No fajita veggies at all. They kept having to go back to the take-out prep area to get food missing up front. There seemed to be plenty of employees working so not sure where the breakdown was. Lastly my chips were stale! They are my favorite part! So was super bummed.
