Phenomenal tacos, everything I've ever tried has been amazing. New taco to try every month. Amazing and quick service, and we always sit outside and people watch. Beers and hard kombucha on menu as well.

Not you typical taco. Not fried. You can get the basics bit the excel in thier specialty tacos. Everything is always fresh. Portions are decent. Excellent selection on the menu. Lots of beers to choose from. Very casual atmosphere. If you're in the village, give them a try for some quick tasty tacos.

Best carnitas ever!!! Pork is outstanding!! So juicy.Went there in again on 2/13/2024. Dasha waited on me and she was outstanding. Great customer skills. She is a keeper. She is the best.My tacos were outstanding!!! Another taco I had Veracruz mahi, delicious. Great assortments of salsas.
LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!! I was craving a taco so bad and it’s so hard to find a vegan/vegetarian spot. This is it! This is the place for your meaty tacos and meatless tacos! Prices are awesome, staff is amazing. Food is 10/10. I’m so thankful for finding this restaurant it really hit the spot :)! They really know what they’re doing! Don’t come here. Worst tacos I’ve ever had. I ordered the chicken taco and the chicken was so dry. I ordered the Camarón enchilado and it was alright. The green salsa had no flavor it. Besides that, when she brought out the food to us she didn’t hand me the tacos like the usual polite way she set them down with a heavy hand. We asked where the trash was to not leave on top of the table and she had attitude like we were supposed to know where it was, I would understand if it was in plain sight but it was hiding behind the high tables. Food was not good and service could’ve been better. Don’t recommend for “city tacos” and salsa was not even spicy.

Best tacos I swear. The mexicali one ESPECIALLY, best thing in the world. I only ordered two tacos, the mexicali and pollo. They looked small but were actually pretty filling for me. Strawberry Agua Fresca is perfect too, not too sweet unlike some aguas that add so much unnecessary sugar, this one tasted so much more natural. The pollo one was good but also more plain. However still really good overall and I look forward to going back. Plus the handmade flour tortillas are heaven

Tried a couple of different tacos today. Pretty meh especially considering the price. The fish taco was really gross both my boyfriend and I tried it and both of us spit it out. New to La Mesa really hoping this isn’t what people here consider to be good food.
