Probably one of the worst taco shops. I tried the Breakfast Sandwich and normally would expect a regular sandwich. Not even close, I can not believe that I got a 8$ breakfast sandwich that’s so small. I could have went to Jack in the box and order 2 for 8$. This is crazy. It didn’t even had Mayo. I literally thought it was a pancake when I opened. I ordered a burrito last time and it wasn’t great.

Absolutely delicious! High quality ingredients, perfectly seasoned. I have a family member at Alvarado and was hungry glad I stopped in for a huge and satisfying burrito . The carne asada is tender and flavorful, love the free chips as well!

Dined in last week and back for more! Had 3 mini carne asada tacos. They were delicious and easy to chew (which is a special treat as most taco shops in SD I can't chew the carne). It's not fancy, but it's clean! And they are kind and friendly.Dietary restrictions: Gluten and dairy free!
Great place for take-out. Do yourself a favor and snag a Cali Burrito! Had to move on from San Diego and I'm missing this joint!Vegetarian options: My gal loved the veggie burrito!

Recently moved and stumbled across this amazing little taco shop! There carna asada is the best I've had. The Cali burrito is proportioned perfectly. My go to is there carne asada burrito meat and cheese only and it is packed!! Love this place and the customer service is next level! Highly recommended ?

Excellent food at good prices. I was born and raised in SD and know my taco shops. This place is ran by a small family that put live into their food and service. Their machaca breakfast plate is sooo good! I substitute the bell peppers for fresh diced jalapeños and ask for flour tortillas... unreallll breakfast. Everything else I have tried is great also. Check em out and I'm sure you'll be back
