Horrible service. The girls that work there are rude and have no respect for anyone. Food is ok but extremely overpriced for what you get. Everything looks so dirty inside of the establishment. Found a new place called The Burrito City on avocado and chase. They have much better service and their food is really good. It's brand new so everything is clean. Their burrito city has an amazing salsa bar too, way batter than macho crap! They also have five star yelp review unlike this horrible place. Save your money are run away from this place as fast as you can!

Food is good. Counter service not good. Haven't been back in a couple of months due to service from girl at counter. Her only words to me was to tell me my total $ due and when my burrito was ready she called out the order. Basically just looked at me to get order. Very rude! Too many other places out there that appreciate my business!
The ambiance is very casual and family oriented! I ordered a regular plate of pollo asado nachos and they turned out to be so tasty. I ordered to go, the service was very fast and I got my food in under 15-20min. The only thing is I would say the food was not hot when received, but it was still flavorful and packed with pollo asado, guacamole and sour cream. I will definitely be returning bc I know they season the meat and they have a ton of sauces in-house to choose from at the sauce bar!

I haven't been here in forever since I no longer work in the shopping mall. Was in the area today so decided to stop by since I remember the food being good. I got some rolled tacos which were pretty good. However, not too sure when/if I will be back. Customer service goes a long way and their customer service was not great.

Went in for Breakfast on a Saturday morning. The service and the burrito were Blah! My sausage breakfast burrito really just consisted of eggs, wrapped in a tortilla with one Farmer John's sausage cut in half. My husband said the exact same thing about his. This didn't make me want to go back! I did appreciate the poinsettia table clothes & the chips & salsa bar. It would be really nice for the business owner, if the cashier, and the Cook could step up their game.
